Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return in accordance with the terms below.

14-Day Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days without providing any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you (or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier) receive the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision by sending a clear statement via email to info@leatherstudio.gr before the withdrawal period expires.

Once you have notified us, you must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date you informed us of your decision to withdraw.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be returned within the applicable return period.

• Be in its original condition, with no unnecessary signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect the item.

• Include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and any promotional items received with the order.

• Be securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.

We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount if the value of the goods has been diminished due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Non-Returnable Items

Unless required by applicable law, the following items cannot be returned after delivery:

• Custom-made or personalized products.

• Sealed products that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery.

• Sealed audio, video, or software products that have been unsealed.

• Digital content supplied electronically where performance has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgment that you lose your right of withdrawal.

• Goods that, by their nature, are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error or a defective or incorrect item, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days from the date we receive the returned goods, or from the date you provide evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever occurs first.

Original standard delivery charges will also be refunded where required by applicable law. Any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than our standard delivery option are not refundable.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at info@leatherstudio.gr and include your order number along with photographs of the issue. We will work with you to provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund, as required by applicable law.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original product for a refund (if eligible) and place a new order.
