If you wish to return the purchased product, you have the right to do so within 14 working days of receipt of your order. The product should be in a state that you have received, will not be used or altered in any way and will be accompanied by the receipt and the return document, which will be indicated by the reason of return.After receiving the returned product and confirming that it is in a condition that has been delivered to you, if you want to replace it, the new product will be shipped immediately. Τhe shipping cost of the return from the customer to us is covered by the customer. If the customer wishes to change it with a different product the shipping cost is covered by our company.
Refund policy. We are sure that you will love your new handmade item , but if you have any second thoughts dont worry, you can return the order or a selected item and get a refund. To do so just follow the return process above and ask for a refund. The amount of the order will be refunded to you within 15 days from the date of receipt of the returned product to us.
Availability of products. We always try to have products available in our online store. However, if the availability of a product is different from the one mentioned in our online store, we undertake to inform our users directly by email about the exact delivery time.
