Payments, as well as refunds are invoiced in Euro (EUR).

Payment by credit or debit card

During the checkout step "payment", please select the option to pay by card.

Possible transfer fees, as well as bank service fees, might be charged. Transaction fees that are charged by the bank will not be refunded by leatherstudio.gr.

We accept the following credit cards and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diner Club, JCB, Union Pay and Discover.

Please enter your card details on our payment site. Leatherstudio uses state-of-the-art server security software with SSL encryption, which provides the safe and bug-proof transmission of your card details.

The order amount will be deposited on your card as a payment reservation until your order has either been sent (amount will be booked) or canceled (payment reservation will be canceled).

The following applies to all credit card payments: refunds from returns are always issued to the credit card that was used to pay for the original order.

Verification process for credit card payments

To make your online payments even more secure, regulations around bank account security came into effect as part of the EU Payment Services Directive (PSD2).

The PSD2 protects your credit card details with a process called 2-factor authentication, which requires that you verify your identity. Please find more information about the PSD2 at ecb.europa.eu.

Banks are required to implement 2-factor authentication for online payments above a certain order value. If you are experiencing any trouble with credit card payments, we recommend you check with your bank to confirm if your card is already registered for 2-factor authentication. If you are not yet registered, your bank should instruct you on how to do so. In the meantime, to avoid encountering payment issues for your leatherstudio.gr orders, we recommend you select an alternative payment method, since this verification method only applies to credit cards. Please find an overview of our alternative payment methods below.

Payments by PayPal

Please select "PayPal" as your payment method and you will be redirected to the PayPal site automatically. If you have an existing PayPal account, you can log in using your user data to confirm the payment. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can register and proceed with the payment. Refunds from returns will be booked onto the registered PayPal account.

Payments by Gift card,Store credit or promotion code

Simply go to your shopping bag and enter your code in the designated "Gift Card/Store Credit/Promotion Code" field. Your discount will be displayed in "Your current promotions" and the final price will be adjusted automatically. If the total of your order exceeds the balance of your store credit, gift card, or the amount of the promotion, you can select the payment method to cover the remaining amount during checkout. If the balance of your gift card or store credit exceeds the order amount, you may use the same code for your next purchase. The remaining amount will be available until you have used the credit balance in full.
